Returns & Cancellations
Rosito Bisani Imports products cannot be returned without
prior return authorization. For all returns, you must call in and get an
RMA number. Restocking charge is 30% plus any costs to recondition equipment.
No returns accepted after 30 days from date of Invoice. Returns for credit must be
freight-prepaid. Orders canceled or changed after production has started are subject
to a charge of up to 30%. Any special or custom merchandise built to a
buyer’s specification may not be returned or canceled.
Shipments &Freight Damage
Title passes to the consignee when the merchandise is accepted by the carrier and
thereafter travels at the risk of the buyer. In case of freight damage, call this to
the attention of the carrier and make note of damages on the delivery receipt
before accepting shipment. File a claim for damages with the freight company (all
claims must be filed by consignee with carrier, not by or with Rosito Bisani Imports).
In cases of concealed damages, save all packaging, immediately notify the carrier of
your findings and intention to file a claim. All orders for replacement
parts or units due to freight damage will be invoiced under our regular term. Any
reimbursement or credit must come from the freight company.

Any immediate repairs will be handled and dispatched through
our service center. Rosito Bisani Imports will not be held liable from any deviation
from this policy.
